Payment Policy

Payment authorization comes before order processing. Only the options genuinely available in the checkout may be used; an unlisted method should not be assumed to be accepted.

Ensure billing details are correct and respond to any verification request. A payment provider may authorize, investigate or decline the transaction. Incomplete, suspicious or unverified payments can cause a delay or cancellation.

These information pages do not save complete card numbers. Your financial institution normally handles declined payments, authorization holds, exchange-rate questions, chargebacks and payment disputes.

Where a refund is approved, we generally send it to the original payment method. Subsequent credit-display timing depends on the payment institution.
