After an order is accepted, routine preparation generally requires 1–2 business days. Estimated shipping or delivery after dispatch is 3–5 business days. Neither window is a guaranteed delivery appointment, and carrier disruption, weekends, holidays or unexpected conditions may cause delays.

Service availability and any free-delivery offer are confirmed at checkout, not assumed from a general advertisement. Shipping may be restricted for particular destinations, address types or merchandise. We will request clarification when an order cannot be fulfilled as entered.

Contact us about overdue, lost, damaged or apparently delivered parcels. Include the order number, email used at checkout, tracking number and a description of what happened. Save damaged packaging and supply photos of the parcel and contents. Investigations may take time, and remedies follow the relevant order and refund terms.
