Refund Policy

Start by contacting us with your order reference, checkout email and an explanation within 30 days of delivery. We allow mailed returns for defective and non-defective products and accept exchange requests. Non-defective reasons include changing your mind, personal taste or selecting an unintended item.

Keep goods new and unused, in their original condition, together with their original packaging, tags and accompanying accessories. A free return label is enclosed with the package, and there is no restocking fee for an eligible return.

Damage, defects, incorrect fulfillment, missing contents and a material inconsistency with the description can be reviewed. If the issue involves damage, a fault, a wrong item or missing contents, include photos or video of the product and packaging. Please do not mail a return before authorization is granted.

We arrange exchanges according to actual stock. Returned goods are checked before a refund decision; after approval, the refund is processed within 10 days to the same method used for payment. Bank processing may add time before the amount appears on the account.
